Year End Ritual…

“Two roads diverged in a wood, and I –
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.”
Robert Frost – The Road Not Taken

Here’s my year end ritual that helps me let go of the current year and step into the next one.

I focus on:
Something to embrace
Something to give up
A word to grow into
A quote to aspire towards

In 2017:
I embraced receiving.
I gave up complaining.
I grew into being unapologetic.
I aspired towards the quote by Tony Robbins, “Turn your expectations into appreciations.”

Focusing on these four things changed my life drastically by interrupting patterns of a lifetime.

For 2018:
I embrace boldness.
I give up playing small.
I choose to grow into being joyous.
I aspire towards the quote by Byron Katie, “When we stop opposing reality, action becomes simple, fluid, kind, and fearless.”

What do you want to embrace, give up, grow into and aspire towards in 2018?
