“Here on the river’s verge, I could be busy for months without changing my place, simply leaning a little more to right or left.”
– Paul Cezanne
Sometimes
I lean
more into
the world
Sometimes
I lean
more into
myself
For now
I lean
gently
into
the
quiet
inside
of
me
and
let
the
noisy
world
outside
lean
into
itself
