“Vision without action is just a dream, action without vision just passes the time, and vision with action can change the world.”
– Nelson Mandela
When my glasses
are dirty
and everything blurs
I take them off to
wipe them
with a soft rag
and everything is
clear again
When the contents
of my heard
are blurred
I look for a
soft rag to wipe
them clean
but without vision
I find nothing
I’ve learned to put on
rose-colored glasses
to re-focus
the contents
in my head
and then
everything is
clear again
